Accessing the present web-site attributes the visitor the condition of User, expressly agreeing to having read, understood and accepted the total of the legal documentation provided therein.

V. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

The resolution of any questions or disputes related to the present web-site or the activities carried out therein, will be according to Spanish legislation, to which the parties expressly agree to submit. All conflicts derived or related to the use of this web-site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid and, here applicable, to the courts of arbitration to which to Provider is subject at the time of the dispute.
